If you want to talk to Allah, then pray! If you want Allah to talk to you, then read the Quran!

This world is such that people will continue to hurt you. Allah is the only One who can heal you. Confide in Him, the Best Listener.

The Prophet had beautiful relationships with everyone, and invested in them. Invest in yours, make it a priority. Trying hard for a long time doesn't mean you've been trying the RIGHT or BEST things for your marriage.

Men and women need to be enlightened about how to treat the 'other,' how to respect, be patient, and nurturing their spouse. We need more supportive, nurturing and caring men Muslim husbands and wives.

"The deen is easy. Anyone who makes the deen too hard on himself will find it becomes too much for him. So aim for what is right, follow a middle path, accept the good news of the reward for right action, and seek help in the morning, evening and some of the night." (Bukhari)

Mentorship complements our spiritual and personal development. It's not enough to gain knowledge. The Quran was revealed over a period of 23 years and during that span of time, the Sahabah had the Prophet to mentor and coach them. Then in Madinah, he paired the Muhajiroon with the Ansar, and then the Sahabah mentored and taught the Tabi'een.
